I got my braces today with Dr. Kent and Ashley. They were both so informative and made this experience so AMAZING! The atmosphere in the office is one of a kind and all the assistants are so sweet and friendly! I would recommend Carolina Braces to anyone looking to improve their smile! You even get a goodie bag when you get your braces on!

To be honest, I went in blind going to this office, which is highly unusual for me. I typically do my research before seeing any new doctor. But they were close to my home and accepted my insurance. I was lucky and was able to get an appointment for an Invisalign consultation the day after I called. When I arrived, the waiting area was very neat and clean, loved the salt water tank in the waiting area also. I was taken back not long after arriving by Matt who explained the process of getting Invisalign trays. We did all the X-rays and scans of my mouth to ensure the trays would be a perfect fit. I even discussed an issue with one of my teeth that my general dentist was holding off on fixing until after I finished my Invisalign treatment. Dr. Kent was able to make a temporary repair to my tooth while I go through the Invisalign treatment so I would have a better outcome. I greatly appreciate Dr. Kent doing this!!! The payments options were very fair and reasonable considering I’ve had two sets of traditional braces previously, so I felt very comfortable with moving forward with getting Invisalign. So far, I am extremely happy with choosing to go with Dr. Kent and Carolina Braces!! Everyone I met was very nice and answered all of my questions. And yes, they have freshly baked cookies at checkout for you to take!! I will give an update as I get further into my treatment.

I had a great experience with Dr. Kent and the team! I came in with TMJ issues, and they took the time to really listen and come up with a treatment plan that worked for me. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made sure I understood everything along the way. Dr. Kent is always a text or a phone call away if you ever need. Those are his last words every time you leave an appointment and he stands by it. I’m so glad I found them and would definitely recommend Carolina Braces to anyone dealing with TMJ or orthodontic issues! I am a Greensboro resident and drive to Raleigh because Dr. Kents knowledge in TMJ. If i could give higher than 5 stars I would! Thank you for everything!

I wanted to share our experience regarding your newest orthodontist, Dr, Samantha Tagerman, who is starting at your Raleigh practice this month. We have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Tagerman as a patient family for the last few years, and through two sets of braces. She is knowledgable, friendly, great with kids and parents. She has been a true pleasure to work with and you are lucky to have her (she will be missed)!

I would definitely recommend Carolina Braces to anyone! They answered all my questions and concerns. The staff I encountered from Dr. Hamilton, Geraldina, Matthew to Amy at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming.

Danielle was so amazing she told her time and made sure that i was fine every second she worked on my braces. She even went over to clean my back teeth the ones that are hard to get to with braces on. I would definitely recommend her.

I am excited to leave this review. Amy is awesome. Today make the 3rd time that she did my adjustment. I always ask for her because she’s so gentle and sweet. Her smile and her hard work is so appreciated. I am going to always request her throughout my braces journey. I don’t even feel any pain ever! Amy your the best girl!!!!

My experience with Carolina Braces has been a five star experience from day one. Dr.Kent is very compassionate, extremely funny, very knowledgeable and professional. Mrs. June treated me like I was her very own daughter. Mrs. June is very caring, loving, thoughtful, empathetic, friendly, compassionate, professional and knowledgeable.
