I have had such a wonderful experience getting braces here.

I'd had braces before for about four years and my teeth were perfectly straight. I wore my retainer for 8 years and lost it during a birthday trip my freshman year of college. Unfortunately, this caused my teeth to revert back to where they were before. It took me another 4 four years to find a warm, welcoming, and professional place to get braces again.

Carolina Braces has some of the kindest and most intelligent staff I have ever encountered. They always explained to me exactly what was going on with my teeth, what they were doing, what progress we were making. Most importantly, they were committed to getting my teeth right. Even though my treatment ended up going a bit beyond the original timeline discussed at my consultation, they never rushed the process or treated the schedule as more important than the outcome. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted out of having braces again. I have never seen a staff go above and beyond for their patients like this before. Furthermore, each staff is clearly skilled, knowledgeable, and talented. They are incredibly thorough, meticulous, and precise.

Beyond their technical skill, they genuinely treat you like a person. They give away shirts, very well made drink tumblers, and even electric tooth brushes. They always have fresh baked cookies for patients, and other treats such as that. They make sure you are taken care of and go above and beyond in every respect. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, they always greet you when you come in, ask about how you're doing, and are generally such amazing people to get to know.

As a grad student, my schedule could get hectic. I was late, missed appointments, and had to reschedule last minute more than once. Every single time, they were patient, flexible, and willing to work with me. There was one point where I'd began to panic over the financial aspect of getting braces, and they were there to help me through it, come up with a plan, and ensure we came to something that worked for everyone while also providing my teeth the support they needed.

I seriously have never met such kind and talented people before. There is so much empathy, warmth, and skill here at Carolina Braces. I’ve even recommended my younger brother to Carolina Braces, and his experience has been going wonderfully as well. You will not regret trusting them with your teeth.

I am in my late 30s, and I had been debating for a long time if it was worth getting braces this 'late' in life or to love my smile the way it was. I set up a free consultation with Dr. Kent, and within 10 minutes I was sold. Their practice is BEAUTIFUL, clean, and welcoming-which was relieving for someone like me who hates dental work. Anyways, I primarily have worked with Dr. Tagerman and she is incredible, too! In my opinion, Dr. Kent is the fun, warm, bubbly doctor than puts you at ease and Dr. Kent is the let's get down to business and handle things to get you in and out- which as a working professional is perfect for me. Their dynamic couldn't be more perfect and offers something for everyone. The front desk staff are so friendly and sweet- I just could go on and on. My decision to get braces was a great one, but my decision to choose Carolina Braces was even greater. You don't get a 4.9 star rating with 535 reviews by chance ;)! Thank you Dr. Kent, Dr. Tagerman and staff for giving me the smile I've been wanting for a long time!

I cannot say enough good things about Carolina Braces! They truly care about their patients. My son got braces with them recently, and he is already seeing a huge result in his smile! The staff is friendly and supportive with my son. Dr. Kent and Dr. Tagerman are so knowledgeable and answer all questions my son and I have asked at each appointment. Highly recommended!!!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Kent and his team at Carolina Braces. I did Invisalign here, and the entire process was smooth, personalized, and so well-explained. Dr. Kent is incredibly knowledgeable and patient — he always took the time to explain every step and make sure I felt comfortable.

The staff is warm and welcoming, appointments always run on time, and the office is spotless. Carolina Braces is truly the place to be for all your braces needs, for both kids and adults. I’ve seen such a big improvement already, and I feel so confident with my smile now. Highly recommend Dr. Kent to anyone considering Invisalign or orthodontic treatment!

Excellent orthodontic care! And it’s only the beginning. The staff is welcoming, appointments run on time, and the doctor is very knowledgeable. Such a gentle and professional TEAM! The office is clean, welcoming, and even offers coffee, which is such a nice touch, let’s not forget the theater room. Great for anyone that has little ones. So excited for my journey and see my final results. Highly recommend!

Giving 5 stars as everything was the facility presentation to the staff was amazing. Easy process and was able to get my braces next day after the consult. Dr. Kent is friendly and personable I’d recommend this location.

Dr. Kent goes above and beyond for his patients to make sure they have the best care and treatment. I’m going through my second round of braces due to not wearing my retainer at night and did not hesitate to go back to his office for treatment. Highly recommend. Great team all around!

I decided at the age of 40 to finally improve my smile and the awesome doctors and staff at Carolina Braces gave me the confidence this could be done. They looked at my situation (impacted canines), gave me hope, and set on their mission to successfully "unrag my mouth." I had the best consultation that I ever had at this dental office. The staff there were amazing, kind, and very helpful to me . I was greeted with a smile at the door and the women who did my scan was so nice and the other women who does the treatment plan was so kind to me. I want to say when Dr. Kent came in he was the most kind , honest, laid back, orthodontics that I ever met. He was honest and told me that I didn't needed braces and even went as far as to tell me other options to treat my teeth. Most orthodontics would have told me that I needed braces just to get money out of me but Dr. Kent didn't. He even went as far as sending what I needed done to my primary dentist. Dr. Kent did this for me with no cost during this consultation. He really cares about everyone who comes in his office. I love how nice the office is and the cookies were so good and I love the shirt 🙂. Dr.Kent treats everyone like family and when I got there he treated me like family . Thank you so much . I will never forget this consultation . You guys are the best. 💯

A+ customer service. Always able to fit me in for last minute appointments when they’ve come up. I also receive phone calls after each brace retightening to ensure I am OK and everything went well. I am always greeted by name. It’s just great! My daughter is getting her braces here next month, I already have mine and my son is next!

I went in for a braces consultation. The receptionist was very welcoming. I was escorted to the back for pictures and x rays. I can remember her name but she was nice as well. After my pictures, I went to Emma (I think that was her name) to discuss the treatment with Dr. Tagerman. Mrs. Jane? She was as excited as I was. The girl who prepped me was very nice and reassured me through preparation I went in with the intentions of just getting a consultation and I walked out with braces! The customer service at Carolina Braces was top tier! Thank you all for everything! I can’t want to see y’all at my next visit!
