I refused to go to anyone else. Second time patient 20 years later. Dr. Kent is amazing, to the point that I was going to travel from out of state before I moved back. If you need orthodontic work, this is the place to go.

Moving to a new state is difficult enough, moving to a new state while having to switch orthodontists in the middle of your braces journey is even more difficult. Thankfully I was able to find the perfect orthodontist office to help make the transition smooth and easy. Carolina Braces has honestly been such a dream team, everyone here is so lovely and friendly. They’re eager and excited for you to join the family and you can see it in their actions and how they treat you. Doctor Tagerman not only fixed my teeth PERFECTLY but educated me along the way. She told me more about my teeth than my old orthodontist, letting me know the many options I had and which was the best choice. She was able to work with my schedule, getting my braces off, looking very beautiful, in time for my senior photos. Special thanks to Emma who helped me out during my last appointment. My teeth would not have looked this good without her kindness and patience. She took the time to listen to my requests and I felt no pain when getting my braces off (my jaw dropped when I found out they were off that easy!). Overall, my experience here was a 10/10 and I could not have asked for anything better! When my bracket fell off, they rushed to give me an appointment as soon as they could so my teeth would not move. Whenever I felt discomfort or my wire poking, they would figure out a solution or cut off the excess. I strongly recommend you coming here if you want an environment where your opinion is valued and you are seen. In addition, the office is gorgeous as well and they played some of my favorite songs while I ate some of the cookies they laid out for clients. So I urge you to make the right choice and come to Carolina Braces today to make your smile shine even brighter!

Orthodontic care for adults as well as kids, customer service is outstanding. Appointments made in advance, good followup, entrance off Sawmill Rd is a side street, check a map or use GPS to find easiest entrance & parking!

I called a few days ago to reschedule my appointment in which I was able to come a week early. The receptionist is always polite over the phone and every visit. Jordyn is very sweet and this is my second time going to her. I got to see Emma and she’s very nice. Both are extremely knowledgeable and answer all questions. It’s like a breath of fresh air when I come to Carolina Braces. Everybody is so warm and welcoming!

Dr Kent and his team give amazing service every visit. I just reached my 1 year mark and I couldn’t be any happier with my experience so far. I also love the office environment, it includes an aquarium and live jellyfish, a theater room, games, refreshments and more.
